It was a huge turnout of friends and family members of the elegant Barrister Grace Egbagbe, who turned out for her Thanksgiving service to celebrate with her at her church, Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Norbeck Blvd in
Silver Spring, MD, on Sunday, July 2nd,2023.
All adhering to her dress code of Dress African, guests joined her as she thanked God for His unbelievable gift of a miracle to her last year-the gift of life.
Looking regal in an emerald and silver embellished George skirt and blouse, Barrister Egbagbe shared her amazing story to the congregation of how God brought her back to life after she lost consciousness at home and was rushed to the hospital.
With no pulse found after Oxygen was administered to resuscitate her for a while, the nurses were sure they had lost her and were waiting for the doctor to confirm her dead, when suddenly, they heard her shout, Jesus!..Jesus! and came back to life.
This event stunned the staff of the hospital, who had never seen such a miracle before,as they insisted that they found no pulse when she was checked several times while she was on oxygen.
Her testimony of God giving her life back hit the congregation, all of who reacted with a loud applause in amazement.
Shortly after the service ended, a luncheon follow at the church hall, where her guests felicitated with her,as she danced in praise of God for the gift of life to her.
Obviously in a mood of joy, Barrister Grace took time out to appreciate everyone who stood by her during that dark period, specifically appreciating her children, her son, Nkemka and her daughter, Zemayé, who took care of her all through that stormy period of her life, emotional words that saw mother and daughter in tears as they hugged each other in appreciation of their lives.
