Oyo Governor Appeals To Protesters

The governor of Oyo State,Seyi Makinde has joined protestors in Ibadan,who are protesting to condemn the country’s present economic hardship.
The two-day countrywide strike started tuesday,February 27 and will continue til February 28, 2028.
The NLC members in Oyo State began the demonstration from their Agodi secretariat and marched to the Mokola roundabout, chanting “Ebi npa wa o,” which translates to “we are hungry.”
The state governor in his address appealed to the protesters to exercise patience with the government.
