The families of Chief Razaq Akanni Okoya, CON, the Aare of Lagos, and Chief (Mrs.) Folashade Okoya, MΟΝ,the Bewaji of Lagos, along with the families of the late Alhaji Umar Ayinla Saro, OFR, CON, and the late Ambassador Abubakar Garba Gobir, announced the engagement of their children,Rasheedat Okoya and Imran Saro Gobir.
This union is set to unite the two distinguished families,who are joyful about the union
The families expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for the marriage of their children and pray that it will be filled with barakah, peace, and enduring happiness.
The engagement ceremony coincided with the birthday of the bride’s mother,Chief Dr. (Mrs.) Folashade Noimat Okoya MΟΝ,thus adding to her joy on her special day.
The date for the formal marriage ceremony is yet to be announced.
