Don’t Vote For My Father In The Next Cameroon Election-Brenda Biya

By Glam & Essence

The only daughter of 92- year-old Paul Biya, President of Cameroon, Brenda Biya, has called on the Cameroonian people not to vote for her father in the upcoming election next month.
Brenda made this call in a video post on social media, where she said she no longer considers herself part of the presidential family and announced that she would refuse any financial support from her parents. While claiming that there is already tension in the Biya family, Brenda went on to accuse her uncle, who is the Director of the Civil Cabinet, of wishing “her death by overdose.”
Brenda claimed her father had caused harm on the people of Cameroon since taking office, for which she made an apology to them.
She called on her compatriots to not vote for her father because of her,as she confirmed that she would not vote for the current regime he has headed since he became President in 1982,after having served as Prime Minister from 1975 to 1982.
According to Brenda,” he has made too many people suffer. I hope we will have another president.”
Though he is currently the world’s oldest President, Paul Biya is presently seeking an eighth term as President of Cameroon.
