Fuji music legend , Adewale Ayuba, has formally reacted to the report that has linked him to a divorce and paternity troubles.
Ayuba, in a statement issued by his management and also shared on his Instagram page, stated that he has been happily married to his wife, Azuka Ego for over 30 years and there has never been any question about the paternity of their children.
He has vowed to sue the blogger and any other people behind the claims to court for defamation.
The alleged divorce and paternity story was posted by Nigerian News, a YouTube channel, which claimed that Ayuba allegedly carried out a secret DNA test that exposed infidelity in his marriage to his wife.
The published story further claimed that Ayuba had divorced his wife following the supposed paternity result.
Ayuba, in his statement said he is not divorcing his wife as alleged over the alleged paternity issues as published by the blogger.
Ayuba described the report as malicious and fabricated by the blog, aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
Ayuba expressed displeasure at the attempt to malign his character and ridicule his family in public, stating that,
“ I will not allow my integrity to be attacked without consequences”.
He confirmed that his legal team will be filing a suit against the blogger behind the claim, which he insist is absolutely not true, but a cooked-up story by the blogger.
